IDAHO · ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES · FOUNDER-LED

You built it with
everything you had.

We help carry it forward.

TH3 Forum is a group of five Idaho founders who buy established companies and keep what made them work — the people, the name, the standards.

TWO WAYS THIS CAN GO

You do not have to choose between cashing out and staying in.

Most owners we talk to assume selling is all-or-nothing. It is not. Both of these are normal, and we will tell you honestly which one fits your situation.

01
Sell 100% and walk away with confidence

You get liquidity and a clean exit. Your team keeps their jobs, your name stays on the building, and the standards you set stay in place. We are not stripping it for parts and we are not flipping it in eighteen months.

02
Sell a majority and build the rest into something bigger

Take a meaningful chunk of cash off the table now and keep a minority stake. You stop carrying the weight of ownership alone, and the piece you kept has a real chance to be worth more than the majority you just sold.

CRITERIA

What we are looking for

Stated plainly so you and your accountant can tell in thirty seconds whether it is worth a call.

REVENUE
$2M+

No ceiling. If the business is bigger than our usual range, we will say so and bring partners.

EBITDA
$500K–$5M+

Real, documented earnings — with at least three years of profitable history behind them.

GEOGRAPHY
Idaho

Treasure Valley preferred. We live here, so we can be in your shop this week.

STAKE
Majority

Majority or full acquisition. We do not take minority positions.

WHERE WE LEAN

We are industry agnostic, but we know the most about services, construction and the trades, manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce. Simple, essential, durable businesses where the work is understood and the demand does not disappear.

WHERE WE DO NOT

Early-stage companies, turnarounds, and retail are not for us. We look at technology if it is the right business, but there are hundreds of firms focused exclusively on tech; we add more value in our areas of expertise.

OUR APPROACH

Your business deserves more than a buyer.
It deserves a steward.

We have all sat where you are. Five of us, more than five companies, and the same questions about what comes next.

Operators, not financiers

Every one of us runs a real company today. We've had to find a way to make payroll in a bad quarter, and we understand the parts that spreadsheets can't explain.

No surprises, by design

Our process has bright lines established before we start. Terms are discussed before anything is put on paper, and if it's not a fit, we find out early.

We back the team you built

The default is that your people keep their jobs and their titles. They level up and we bring help where there is a gap, not a new management layer to prove a point.

THE PARTNERS

Five founders,
more than 100 years of experience

Look us up. We are not hard to find in this valley, and that is on purpose.

START A CONVERSATION

One conversation costs you nothing.

You do not need to be ready to sell. Plenty of the owners we talk to are two or three years out and just want to understand what their options look like. That is a good time to start.

Every conversation is confidential. Nothing is shared, and nothing moves forward without an NDA in place.

A partner reads every one of these. Not an assistant, and not a CRM queue.

You will hear back within two business days — including if it is not a fit.

Confidential. No mailing list, ever.
